Chef Luca was born and raised in Cori, Italy. A small town southwest of Rome, nestled in the mountains. His passion with food started very early in his life. Helping his Nonna to cook, learning all the traditional Italian dishes, was just how life was.

 

Since then, he went to culinary school and decided to come to Amercia to see where his life would lead. He has worked in the USA for over 30 years now.

After working for many great places, Chef Luca decided to start his own business. With his Nonna's recipes in hand, he decided on sticking with the classic Italian dish - pasta!

Since the inception in 2023, Tagliolino Fresh Pasta has been gaining popularity as an Authentic Italian Pasta Truck in Central Florida. Chef Luca prides himself on serving up fresh and delicious pasta dishes. All pasta and sauces are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients and all the sauces are Gluten Free.
